A charming and traditionally built country home that nestles
in the olive groves surrounding the glorious El Torcal Natural Park.
Los Guindos private villa has three generously proportioned
bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, whilst the other two bedrooms
(one twin and with double bed) share a shower room. There are fitted wardrobes
for each bedroom. Ceilings are high and wood beamed allowing gently breezes and
good air circulation in summer months. The floors are tiles with terracotta.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven
and hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, toaster and a full compliment of
utensils.
The living and dining room is integral and has a working open fireplace, great
for early Spring and late Autumn, when the nights can be chilly !
What makes this villa so special is the outside spaces, the views are beautiful,
there is a huge built in barbeque with food preparation area and love covered
dining area with an amazing stone dining table, and the sparking swimming pool
is a generous 8m x 4m. It is fenced in, so parents can be relaxed if the kids
are in the garden unsupervised.
For larger groups or families looking for extra space, the neighbouring villa – El
Moral has exactly the same specification as Los Guindos.
These two "twin villas" are totally private and both have their own
separate entrances and ¼ acre of private grounds. Is just a short walk
between the two properties. If the two properties are rented together there is
a 10% discount off the rates. |
