For luxury Spanish villas, this restored farmhouse offers
spacious and comfortable accommodation, in a great location, is just a few
minutes walk from the small Hamlet of La Higuera, and enjoying
wonderful views to the El Torcal Park and surrounding countryside.
The house backs onto an olive grove and in front of the house are wheat fields
and Views !! The only sounds to disturb are the tinkling goats bells.
Built on two floors, the house is decorated in a stylish, yet simple rustic style.
the first floor has just the spacious master bedroom with king size double bed,
fitted wardrobes and and bathroom – the bathroom is not en suite,
so it can easily be used by other members of the party.
On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, a shower room,
open plan living and dining area with TV and DVD, fully fitted kitchen and separate
utility room. The kitchen has dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave, washing
machine and fridge freezer.
To the front of the house is a very large covered terrace with dining table,
a great space for outside dining and enjoying those fantastic views. There is
a built in BBQ area, with further dining facilties close to the swimming pool.
The pool is 8m x 4 m , surrounded by a large lawned area, and equipped with sunbeds
and parasols. The pool are is fenced in, so parents of children do not have to
worry ! |
