All rates are weekly and include cleaning before and after
departure. For Guests staying more than 1 week, there is a
cleaning, sheet and towel change on the 7th day
of your stay.

Los Huertos - a country home with all the modern luxuries - 4 master
bedroom suites
Nestling down a track (good access) through the olive groves in the
foothills of the spectacular El Torcal Natural Park, this stunning
house has been recently built and is the perfect setting for a
relaxed holiday in the sun for families or groups of friends. This
is an exceptional property - 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite
bathrooms no one feels "hard done by" for having the smallest
bedroom!!. No expense has been spared in furnishings and fittings -
solid beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, rustic style furniture,
and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The property has an extremely "Andaluz"
feel and is undoubtedly suited for those looking for character along
with luxury.
Built on two floors, the majority of the accommodation is on the
first floor, the second floor has just one large bedroom, with
sitting area and en suite bath. There is a sofa bed in the sitting
area which would be suitable for a child, which extends the
occupancy to nine in total.
No one will be disappointed with their bedroom ! Every room can be
considered a master bedroom, all have en suite bathrooms and are
equally spacious.
The farmhouse reflects the traditional Andalucia style, with a
wealth of beams, terracotta floors, titling throughout is handmade
and painted. This is an exceptional house!
The lawned garden a terraces are very pretty, with stunning views
from every angle and plenty of natural shade provided by olive
trees, as well as covered terraces for " al fresco " dining. There
is a built in barbeque near to the pool. The pool itself is chlorine
free, cleaned by an innovative new system using salt.
Los Huertos is located approximately 2 kilometres away from the
small village of La Higuera, the village has a bar, and grocery
shop, the nearest larger village Villanueva de la Concepcion, approx
6 kilometres has a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and bank, Also
24 hour medical clinic and chemist.
