All rates are weekly and include cleaning before and after
departure. For Guests staying more than 1 week, there is a
cleaning , sheet and towel change on the 7th day
of your stay. |
Beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are the main theme of this
delightful property, stunningly furnished and equipped to the
highest standard.
The main entrance opens onto a large open plan living/dining room
and an "open plan kitchen area. Fully equipped, one will want for
nothing!! There are four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) and
two fully fitted bathrooms (both
with a hydro-massage bath!!). All fixtures and fittings are
made by a local carpenter and the property is filled with character!
An exceptional property for a larger family or for two families with
one or two children each. The property has full central heating
making it ideal for those seeking winter sunshine.
The 8m X 4m swimming pool is fully fenced, thus making the property
ideal for those with younger children.
Finca del Rio is made for "al fresco" living, with a lovely terrace
in front of the house with a built in barbecue. From the terraces
the local flora and fauna and house's own olive groves compliment
the beautiful natural surroundings.
Finca del Rio is located close by to our other 4 bedroom country
villa Los Huertos -
although not in viewing distance and combining the 2 houses for a
larger group has been a popular option .
