This coutry villa is in an outstanding location with breath
taking views towards the El Torcal Park. Whilst it is totally
private and not overlooked, it is still conveniently located just a few minutes
drive away from the small hamlet of La Higuera, where there
is bar and a local shop. A further 5 minutes drive away is the town of Villanueva
de la Concepcion, which has a good choice of restaurants supermarkets,
banks and other amenities.
The villa has three good size bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size double
bed (150cm) and en suite shower room, the other two bedrooms have respectively
2 single beds and 3 single beds and share the family bathroom, which has a hydro
massage bath.
The living space is open plan , incorporating the kitchen, living and dining
room. There is an impressive open fireplace in the living area. Plenty of covered
terraces surround the villa, giving shade in those hot sunny days of summer.
There is a built in barbeque area by the side of pool and outside dining area.
The kitchen is well equipped and has 4 ring oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave,
toaster, etc. There is a TV and DVD in the living room. |
