All rates are weekly and include cleaning before and after
departure. For Guests staying more than 1 week, there is a
cleaning, sheet and towel change on the 7th day
of your stay.

Casa de Arandas is located just 1klm outside the pretty hamlet of
Pastelero, and 5 kilometres from the bustling market town of
Villanueva de la Concepcion. Pastelero has two very good
restaurant/tapas bars and a grocery store for basic provisions. Casa
de Arandas has the best of both worlds, easy access ( just 300
metres off the main country road ) yet as it is tucked into the
hillside, it is totally hidden from the world. Secluded, peaceful
and private.
Casa de Arandas will please the most discerning holidaymakers. The
villa is elegant, comfortable and welcoming.. Built intraditional
Andalucia style, it is immaculately furnished throughout.
Entering the villa through a light airy hallway, there is an
inviting family room, complete with open fireplace, comfortable
sofas and a SAT Tv, video plaeyer and CDplayer. This room leads onto
an extremely spacious fully fitted kitchen with all appliances,
including dishwasher. There is a seperate laundry room and a walk in
pantry with deep freeze. To the right of the entrance hall is the
second reception room, which has a formal dining area,
and living area.
The master bedroom is elegantly furnished and has a spacious en
suite bathroom. There is a further large double room and a
delightful twin room, furnished with children in mind. Lots of
cuddly toys and games etc. These 2 bedrooms share a really lovely
large bathroom with a features raised bath and a seperate walk in
shower.
The exterior of this charming villa more than lives up to the
interior. Shady covered terraces surround two sides of the house.
Attractive and comfortable seating and dining areas are arranged to
give best advantage of the sunrise and sunset. There are pretty
rockeries and a lawned area which leads to the swimming pool and
barbeque.

Car hire is essential
and we can arrange car hire for our guests either from
Granada
or Malaga airport. Please e mail us for
rates.
Booking Conditions
35% non refundable deposit upon making the
reservation. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival
date.
Payments can be made by credit
card, bank transfer or UK sterling cheques.
